A passenger who intends to use the infant car seat aboard the aircraft must advise the ticket agent at the time of check-in to ensure that the passenger in charge of the infant and the infant are seated next to each other.

The passenger using the infant car seat in the aircraft cabin must fully obey the instructions given by the cabin crew members at all times; otherwise, the Carrier bears no liability for any damages suffered by the passenger and/or infant.
