PROTECTION POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS FROM/TO NEW YORK AND WASHINGTON DC
Aeromexico’s Passenger Acceptance
Applicable to passengers with AM and/or Interlineal tickets with a confirmed reservation for Aeromexico Service (series AM 001-3999 and AM 8500-8899)
The following Alert is issued to prevent any contingency that may be caused by Hurricane “SANDY” on the US East Coast.
Aeromexico Informs:
For all passengers with tickets to/from New York (JFK) and Washington (IAD):
Change fees will be waived for flight, departure and return date changes as long as they are requested on the dates mentioned in this document.
In the event that there is no availability on the class of serviced purchased, the corresponding fare difference will be calculated change fee will still be waived.
Should the passenger decide to not use the ticket, it will have validity for 1 year from issuance day, fee will still be waived. Refunds are permitted only if your flight is cancelled
It is important to mention that Aeromexico has no responsibility to cover any additional expenses such as ground transportation, meals, phone calls, hotel stay, etc. for passengers affected by this contingency.
This policy will be valid from Oct 28th 2012 to Oct 31st 2012
Flight Period: From Oct 28th 2012 to Nov 10th 2012
Applicable only to tickets issued from Oct 28th to Oct 31st 2012 or before. TICKETS ISSUED AFTER THIS DATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
